Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after the receipt of an advance payment or a confirmation message from our dispatch team.

Pricing & Tolls: Our quotes typically include Fuel, Driver Allowance, and Basic State Taxes. Unless specified as “All-Inclusive,” Parking fees and Inter-state Tolls are to be paid by the customer at actuals.

Usage Limits: For local rentals, the 8hr/80km or 12hr/120km limit starts from the pickup time. Extra kilometers or hours will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Night Allowance: Bookings involving travel between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM may incur a standard Driver Night Allowance.

Customer Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, illegal substances, or unruly behavior inside the vehicle. The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip in such cases without a refund.
