Standard Cancellations: * Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a 100% refund of the advance (minus a small processing fee).

• Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or “No-Shows” will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.

Airport Pickups: We track flight timings. No cancellation fee is charged for flight delays; however, if the flight is canceled by the airline, please notify us immediately to reschedule or process a refund.

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
